Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

still the same...

not much changing around here. he was sick a couple of times yesterday again. we briefly talked with his doctor and he said he was going to go and study his last two months of medications and treatments and when we come in friday he will try to have a plan (both for the nausea and the cancer).

today is the kids last day of school. they are excited, although in about two weeks i will start hearing "i am bored" and "i miss my friends". we try to keep things going around here but sometimes it is hard. like for instance...tim decided yesterday that he wanted to ride along to go pick up the girls at the middle school. it should have been a quick half hour trip...there and back...but instead the bus was running very late because of a missing student (who they eventually found reading a book in the restroom???) so we had to sit for about 45 minutes waiting so our short little trip turn out to be about an hour and a half...and he got sick in the car on the way home. he doesn't always have any warning when he is going to get sick...sometimes it is after a wave of nausea that he can't fight off and other times it is just spontaneous...that puts a damper on our social life a bit!!!!

but like we keep on saying...better days are coming. i told someone once that 16 years ago i had wished he knew what it was like to have morning sickness all day and all night long like i did, but i really didn't mean it!!!! i guess i should be careful what i wish for...although i have also wished i would win the lottery...

well, gotta get the kiddos up.

thanks for checking in.

Great news about Megan's job. She was pretty emphatic that she DID NOT want to go the fast food route if they didn't want her for the summer! Praying for your appt. with the dr. tomorrow!

Hurray the kids are done with school. I agree that they will soon be bored. Thanks for bringing Taylor home yesterday. Praying that all goes well and you get some answers.
