mid-week update

well, i think we both survived me working a few hours yesterday. after being off for about 6 weeks i was a little rusty but it seemed to all come back to me once i got going. tim said he "missed me" but he did OK.

that was quite a storm we had last evening...the twins are at church camp in the carlisle mountains and i guess they lost power for a while. i love electrical storms but unfortunately one of the three kids does not share my enthusiasm...ashley was a little freaked out last night-but she survived.

college world series is pretty much what we are doing in the afternoon and evenings...the other night it was the 7th inning of one of the games and we decided to run out and get a bit to eat. we got back and the game was still on!!!! it was a marathon game-over 5 hours to play a baseball game! thats nuts.
