took some time off work

it is amazing how much more you appreciate your time off when you work full-time...who knew?

the kids and i are off on a last horrah (?). soon meg will be heading back to state college and the twins will be starting their senior year.

for those of you praying and keeping track of craigs progress...he had his first round of chemo yesterday. i checked in on him a couple of times and he seemed to be doing REALLY well. thanks for all your prayers. he came home still "hooked up" to one of the drugs. it will run the chemo into his system until sometime on sunday but he was made "portable" and will have a home care nurse come in to unhook him when it is done.
